Construction points of external wall insulation board

1. These rules apply to the inspection of the element design for the Insulation Board. The acceptance of surface level quality shall be carried out in accordance with the acceptance rules in sub-projects in accordance with the "specifications for the acceptance of the design of building decoration and ornamentation" (GB50201-2001).
2. Check the following documents and records during the hiring process for engineering:
(1) Construction drawing, design description and other design documents of the insulation project
(2) Material Qualification Certificate, Performance Test Report, Acceptance Report and Re-Inspection Report;
(3) reading report on the strength of insertion of sample parts on the insulation board;
(4) report on the acceptance of hidden engineering;
(5) Construction records and quality inspection and assessment.
3. The insulation paste project should be presented with the following materials and its performance indicators:
(1) condensation time, setting and bonding pressure resistance of cement;
(2) water absorption, frost resistance and impact of thermal insulation board;
4. Insert the adhesion project with insulation to cope with the following hidden projects for adoption:
(1) grassroots treatment;
(2) the binding point and the binding zone of the board and the mass media;
(3) anchor installation;
5. Before the insulation board board and during the construction process, the model parts should be made on the same basis, and the bonding intensity of the insulation board of the model parts should be checked. The rules (JGJ110-1997) are followed. Field
